Include your device model, your iOS version, the interface language you play in, and what happened just before the problem.
Quick fixes
- No sound. Turn sound on in the game's settings, then check the device volume and the silent switch or Focus mode.
- Leaderboards or achievements missing. Sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings. Gameplay, career progress and local records work without it; only the online leaderboards need it.
- Controls feel mirrored. Switch left-handed mode in the game's settings.
- Layout looks wrong after rotating. Return to the menu, rotate the device, then start the run again.
- The save feels late. The gloves follow your finger one-to-one, with no lock-on or preset dive buttons: start moving as the striker plants the foot rather than after the ball leaves it. The first-run coaching shot can be replayed from the game's settings.
- Progress disappeared. Progress lives on the device, not in a cloud account. Deleting the app or clearing browser data for the demo removes it permanently; there is no way for us to restore it.
Bug reports and feature requests
Both are welcome at the same address. A screenshot or a screen recording of the moment it went wrong is worth more than a long description. If a run ended in a way that felt unfair, mention the wave number and the striker.
